My Q's keep dissapearing?!! Oh well try again!
My own view on this is that Derron Brown is a genius and David 'living in a box' Blane is a moron....but does anyone remember Maccas sending up a Mcdonalds on a remote control helicopter whilst shouting abuse!!! Ha Ha!

It wasn't Macca who sent the McDonalds but good for whoever did!
I think Derren Brown is ok. At least what he does is magic (in the old school sense of it being based around illusions etc.) What Blaine does are just feats of endurance. If he wants to starve himself or whatever great but how is that entertainment?

As an ex-magician; David Blaine was horribly downspoken in the magic community. All he did was go to a magic store, buy some gimmicks, and filmed himself with it. A true magician, like Derren Brown (my pick) designs his own magic, and uses it as his own weapon. David Blaine is a huge failure in my opinion. The true masters of magic will live on dead or alive... Houdini, Copperfield, Penn and Teller...
