Although its not my favourite song, Scissor Sisters "I dont feel like dancing" has been one of the best feel good songs that has come out in ages. It always gets me dancing round the sitting room :-)

I think anything with good base, and an upbeat song is good to exercise to, try things like cascada/clubland/fergie/PCD/ DanityKane/ciara/gwen stefani/kelis

My favourite song changes periodically. Right now it is 'Don't Worry, Baby' by The Beach Boys. Brian Wilson's vocal is exceptional in that song. And I often need to be reminded that 'everything will turn out alright!'
