Most big rolls seem to be from Wisconsin. Is there something special about Wisconsin TP?

Well for one thing paper manufacturing requires an enormous amount of water which Wisconsin has bordering on Lake Michigan and for another you need a government that looks the other way when you release tons of pollution like PCPs into that same water system. Tommy Thompson was the one that gave the green light on that to the paper companies.
