Hilary Duff has proved she can be good in both.. In Raise your voice Hilary shown she could sing and act and the movie had good critics...Mariah has a cool voice but her acting sucks, Glitter her movie was a complete failure and she was badly criticized for her first acting work.....Miley too young, many years of work, needs improvement, a pathetic, teletubbie like girl can get to Hilary or Mariah´s level...she needs growing up. threferore my vote goes to Hilary,great voice, acting since kid, she is the best outa the three.

Miley Cyrus- Can sing and is still young and acts just for the Disney Channel so she has time.

I think that all the girls are equally talented but i'd have to say hilary duff she has been acting since she played in casper when she was little. She has also been in a lot of movies and has two c.d.s out. I think that she has a wonderful voice and is really going places.
