shave your legs with hair conditioner then rub them with baby oil before they have fully dried

I would try waxing as opposed to shaving.
Waxing lasts up to 6 weeks and if you don't wanna go broke going to the salon there are plenty of at home easy-to-use products out there.

if u want silky smooth legs always exfoliate them before shaving. you'll feel the difference right away. and ofcourse use a moisturizer(lotion for normal skin and cream for very dry skin) the trick is applying it while your skin is still damp, your skin will retain moisture better.i recommend oil of olay, nivea,or dove.you will be amazed.

it hurts like hell but waxing, it lasts at least twice as long and they have some great at home kits. i have course hair on my legs and a day after shaving my hair is back, when i wax i don't see hair at all for at least a week, only problem the hair as to have length to re wax can't be short.
