i have a speech that i need help on, its on diabetes and i can't find any thing on it i have to find proper. if any one has diabetes and can help and give me advice because it runs in my family can u leave ur first name please. thanks

im candi and i have been a diabetic for 10 years i was diagnosed in 1st grade when i was 7 years old.i have had diabetic ketoacidosis 2 times and i got it from having no insulin in me or from my blood glucose being too high, i take novolog insulin shots 5 or more times a day and i take a lantis shot one that lasts 24 hours once a day.It doesn't change your life that much but you can tell some things are different. I have type 2 diabetes and i do not have to watch what i eat i only have to take a shot to cover what i eat.
