I am sure you used to be friends right?? Before you were married you were her friend, a shoulder for her to cry on. Maybe something is wrong there or with one of your kids. Or maybe she just wants to talk to you to see where things where wrong so neither of you make the same mistakes over again.
If you are uncomfortable then tell her at the very beginning of the conversation. That will maker her state her purpose much quicker.
Don't be thinkin she wants you back.... I am sure that should be the least of your worries, no offense.
Just talk to her, what can it hurt?

I know if I ran into my ex I wouldnt want to catch up. Theres a reason why we would have got a divorce. Saying hi is one thing and speaking for a few minutes is fine, but to catch up and she is married, no way jose.

It depends. If you all do not have any children there is nothing you all need to catch up about. She is looking for trouble and if you are married or in a relationship you need to stay away

It's not abnormal. Lots of people are better friends after they divorce, they just weren't meant to be married. I don't know how long you were together, or how long you've been apart, or if kids are involved, I'd say as long as she isn't coming on to you, I wouldn't worry.

For her maybe so. Lots of people are fine moving on and being civil, and then things like curiosity and wanting to know that things are ok for you would be healthy.
For you, it doesn't sound like it.

She may think it was not so bad with you after all and she wants to re-connect. What out for a jealous hubby...
