Iron chef question (Mark Dacascos)?

Mark Dacasos made a movie in the early to mid nights about a new fight style. Its a styel that looks like you dance alittle but when you attack its like karate. I believe the movie is (Only the Strong) Is that right? I believe in the movie he takes a handful of kids to a beach and starts teaching them the moves. If not, Do you know the movie name? I want to see it again but i dont remember the name.
