County fairs?

I've never been to a county fair. I'm not sure that my county has one. I'm in Illinois.

What are they like? What do you do there? Are they fun?

They are awesome. Lots to see lots to do, races, demolition derby's, amusement park rides, farm displays, all the food that is bad for you, concerts, fireworks, and it goes on for days.
