Yes, bad breath and body odor are signs of dehydration, this happens when your body does not release toxins. Drinking more water will help with that.
Also, DO go see your doctor, there could always be something bigger going on.

Make an appointment and see your Doctor. The bad breath could be an early sign of Bactria or just an infection. You can also have bad breathe and a dry mouth with a cold while taking anti -histamine. As for the irregular periods could be do to a hormone change, or dehydration.
You could also be showing signs of a diabetic.

Go to the doctor, no matter how embarrassed you are. If you are embarrassed to see your regular doctor, look for another one that makes you feel more comfortable. They have seen it all, so you really do not need to feel uncomfortable- they are there to help you.
Your condition can be a result of a thyroid problem, malnutrition or anorexia, fatigue from working out too much, diabetes, or simply stress. All of those can be controlled and/or treated.
However, I would advice you to be responsible, do not take any chances, and see a medical professional.

Could be Diabetes. Check your diet. Do you consume a lot of sugary foods and fatty foods. Do you drink a lot of fluid. Do you get lethargic near the end of the day. Does your urine smell. If you answer most of these questions, could be diabetes. Go see your doctor now. 3/5 people in Australia have some form of diabetes.

You need to go to the doctor. Don't be embarrassed, you don't have any symptoms a doctor hasn't seen before. He or she might want to check you for diabetes, especially if the thirst is accompanied by an unexplained weight loss, frequent urination and fatigue.

don't be embarassed, that's what the doctor is for... think how they have seen and done worse for other patience, while you are on hold to make your appointment to get checked out. You have a lot of symptoms that might be related or not at all. But don't hold off as they could get worse. Have you called your doctor yet?
