My ex doesn't pay child support because he's a student still, but he hasn't been enrolled in 2 months!
His mother had an agreement with him that she would pay for everything having to do with our son if he went to school, and he failed to do so, and so on got kicked out because he was skipping...he only has about 15 credits to make up and is now a super senior...I don't know, all I ask if for the milk to be payed for by him, but he also shares my cell phone plan, and has yet to pay up on that...
When he graduates he gets his native american tribal check of & 75,000, and he keeps borrowing money from ppl and telling them he'll pay them back when he graduates, but how is that if he doesn't go to school?
He says he has been lookin' for a job, but if he really was, he would have found one by now...I'm workin' more than 40 hours a week, and I'm missing out on my child, and he is because all he wants to do is drink and whatnot.
What should I do, he needs to grow up!!

being in school does stop you from paying child support while enrolled but ask him to help you if he refuses just wait it out soon enough he will be kicked out and forced to pay by a judge and yeah get him off your plan

File with the state for child support. Being in school doesn't exempt you from paying for your kid. You may also be able to collect back child support.

And get him the hell off your cell phone plan!! You're just looking for trouble there.
