This is just a guess on my part, but unless you're willing to go with an unfamiliar object in your vagina, there's no way to really stretch it. Kegel exercises help keep it strengthened ... basically flexing the muscle that you use to hold your pee in, lol. Otherwise, just make sure you're really ready to have sex - i.e., being lubed up enough on the inside - and it shouldn't hurt too much. When you're not wet on the inside, it hurts a lot more. Hopefully the guy will understand.

Not really, the vagina is an incredibly flexible organ. We've been designed so that a baby's head can pass through it so there's' no penis that's large enough to hurt the vagina. The "pain" associated with sex the first time can be the rupturing of a membrane, called the hymen, at the opening of the vagina (you've heard the term "pop a cherry"?). This can be uncomfortable, but most women's hymen has ruptured long before she has sex the first time. Using tampons, fingers, sports, riding a bike, falls, etc can all rupture the hymen. Other than this discomfort, you really shouldn't experience pain during intercourse, in fact, pain during intercourse can be a sign of some other conditions. You say you "can't handle pain in your vagina", so if you are experiencing a lot of pain in that area, you should talk to your doctor.

The *average* man will think of it as outdated and say it's necessary to have a "test run" before marriage, an *exceptional* man, the best kind there is, such as my husband, is willing to wait. If you're each other's one and only, you have no comparison, and you shouldn't worry about compatibility in bed as some people said. You learn together, find out what the other likes...practice makes perfect. I do think it's important to *talk* about sex before marriage.

Make sure you're NOT SCARED, as your muscles will tense and make intercourse painful. Relax, go with it, have the guy try a finger first, then two, gradually get to three and then before you know it, no pain and a lot of fun. Oh, and don't let him ram it in there, you take control and try a little at a time. Might be easier if you're on top! Good luck!

Stretch it? Are you crazy...? We want it tight baby!!! And if you are 20 and need lubricant, something is wrong. You should be soaking wet with excitement and if you are not naturally lubed up I don't think you are with the right guy. But even if you try, you won't stretch anything. Imagine a baby coming out and it snaps back after that....anything you do won't compare to that.

There really isn't a way except maybe using an adult toy but even that will hurt when you insert it. When you are ready to have sex, make sure you use enough lube and you relax. You will be more comfortable but it will probably still hurt a bit.

well, honey it's going to hurt..and it may not be soo bad. Just tell your guy to go slow....
I don't think there is anything you can do to stretch out your vagina without causing some sort of trauma.
Maybe you're not ready to have sex, if you're thinking of doing something like stretching it before hand..............................

Don't stretch it. Men like it tight. If you are lubricated well (KY JELL) then you should have no problems.

Dont. The unbroken hymen shows that you are a virgin.
