I'm happy that I got the highest raise out of all my manager's employees, but I got jipped on the bonus. Makes me wonder a couple things about this place.

Yeah they refigured our bonus program this year.

Dragon got a crappy lil bonus. But at leest she got a bonus. There are places that don't give bonuses.

Yes, I did get a raise I'm happy with, however with my job...its hard to please everyone......
