I remember one of your earlier questions - you were looking for narrower shoes. I take it, it is not the tip of the heel you're talking about, it is the part that supports the heel of your foot?
Look into International and Ray Rose brands. You can find them on the same webpages that I gave you in my previous answer, as well as on http://www.dance-shop.com/acatalog/Dance_Shop_Dance_Shoes_13.html also on http://www.dancesivion.com
Freed of London is also narrow in the heel - BUT it is wider in the toes. Also try such brands as Paoul http://bdsweb.ballroom.com/BDSMall.htm
Do not buy Capezio - they don't know how to make ballroom shoes. Yes, the heel is narrower, but the shoe has no shank, or it is way too short. It will fall apart before you know it, and you won't be able to dance strongly in this shoes because your foot won't be suported properly. I had a pair of Capezio, it was terrible.

Capezio's narrowest heel on their common character shoes is on their Manhattan Xtreme shoe which has a 2 and 1/2" heel. I'm thinking that's probably not going to suit you because it looks like a solid working shoe for Broadway and stage dance rather than ballroom dance.
However, Capezio also sells the Latina, which is an open toe sandal looking shoe with a much narrower 3" heel. If you're looking for a closed toe model, you can try Capezio's Vivian.
A link to the Latina is here:

Here is the Vivian, which has a 2 and 1/2" heel:

You can see 10 other styles of ballroom dance shoes at discountdance.com

If you order online, make SURE to understand the return policy. I dislike the idea of dancers ordering shoes online unless they've first tried a pair on in a store to make sure that the shoes fit properly and will work for them. Not every kind of shoe will fit every dancer.
Happy hunting!

With my ballroom students, I prefer them all to wear LaDuca shoes. They come in justm about every size imaginable because most models are made custom to the dancers foot. They are also the only ballroom shoe I have found that allows the dancer to point their feet.
