It would be a floating holiday called "I'm Calling in Sick Today". Celebrate your special Day by:
1. Calling in Sick
2. Sleeping Late
3. Eating a Big Breakfast
4. Going Shopping, Taking in a Movie, Treating Yourself to a Special Lunch.
5. Having your spouse take care of the kids and chores while you go out for a massage, manicure, pedicure.
6. Having a Great Dinner with your Beverage of Choice.
7. Having The Limo Take You Home.
Repeat as necessary for mental health.

it would be Resting Day. and of course, to maximize the benefits, Resting Day Eve. on RD everything is closed, even the people that get no holidays like at 7-11. and on RDE everything would close at 12 noon to prepare to rest. there would be a noise ordinance so everyone would have to be very quiet, and a huge sale on mattresses the month before!

What about the parents and children's day. A day specially made for the father and mother to only play wih their children all day long, to spend all day only doing what the kids want to do, to enjoy with them a pizza or some junk food they want to have, and for them to share their things with us.
It would be on January 6th, first, because is my birthdayd, second, because in Mexico is the day of the Three kings, which is an important day to us, where kids get gift from those kings who went to see Jesus in that day.

It would be Courtney Day! It would be a mix of all my fave holidays!! We would all dress in costume, eat turkey, watch football, hang with family and then go out drinking and partying with friends! And everyone would kiss everyone at midnight!! And there we would all have a week off of work to celebrate and recuperate from Courtney Day!!!

The annual "Year Off" taken every year annually.
Okay seriously- how about this one "Daylight Savings Day" to be taken the Monday after moving our clocks forward an hour for Daylight Savings time. That way we'll have ample time to catch up on the hour we missed

International Leap Day, a leap day that occurs every year. This day isn't on our calender, so we have a day with nothing to do. We could do anything on this day. We could celebrate this by watching all the atomic clocks in the world jump a day (since this day never exists on our calender)! We could sleep, vacation, and do whatever on this day!

National Catch up day- a day where the calander is cleared to catch up on anything you need to do, but haven't had the time. Twice a year- in the spring and fall.
