I saw the preview a couple days ago...it's a young red head or brown haired girl and a little baby with dark eyes and they live in this house and the baby keeps seeing stuff because it's haunted.

If it is The Messenger then the actress is Penelope Ann Miller, she was in Kindergarten Cop w/Arnold Schwartzenegger.
