I love stockings with a suspender belt - it drives men wild when they realise you have them on! No they will never die - theyre just no comfortable day to day.

Yes, the women who still wear the pantyhose and the stockings are still out there. I think most women are inclined to wear panty hose since they tend to be on the cheaper side and are more efficient. Stockings on the other hand, are more pricey, but more sexy and sensual. For stockings, you can wear a garter belt, which makes it more fun and gives a woman a more sexy look. They also have stockings with which you don't need a garter belt. They come in a variety of material. I prefer the silk mix. They feel divine and just make you feel sensual and womanly.

No this is not a dying trend at all. Pantyhose is still very popular.

I dearly hope they are not a dying trend. I for one, consider myself to be a lady and enjoy all the feminine touches that go with that. I am thirty two and wear hose EVERY time I wear a dress or skirt and often with dressy pants as well.

It is something I do for myself because it makes me look and feel nicer. The new trend of going hoseless is tacky in my opinion and only reflects badly on the non-wearer.

A friend had a very formal wedding a few years ago and refused to wear hose, along with all her bridesmaids. This maid of honor was happily hosed as ettiquette deemed for such an occasion.

Just my opinion. If you don't like hose, more power to ya. As for my and mine, we're sticking with our stockings!

I wear them all the time, and I'm just 22. They feel great and make my legs look great. I usually wear pantyhose with skirts, occasionally stockings.

There are a lot of ladies with a sense of style who care about how they look. Most of the ones that don't are just Lazy. This bare legged trailer trash look is the ultimate in Lazy. And that spray on crap is for the birds.Nothing says sexy than a woman taking the time to wear pantyhose. It says "I have class".

If I am wearing a dress or skirt that would require stocking/pantyhose I would wear them. With long dresses or skirts I wear knee highs.

I am a part of the generation that grew up wearing these, I know now that many ladies just shave their legs and go bare.

I can't understand why any woman would deprive herself of stockings or pantyhose. fishnets and pantyhose great look I don't think it is going out of fashion. There are still women who dress completely because they can affords to look fantastic with accessories. Not just for older women for women who are with it.

pantyhose, stockings or nylons (as I prefer to call them) are worn in corporate offices, those that require corporate dressing. if and when I go to meetings, i am expected to show up wearing them. they are not a dying trend. its just that most employers allow office casual as their dress code now, hence these do not require women to wear knee length skirts with nylons, pantyhose or stockings.

Not only "older" women wear them. Professional women wear them as well. I wear them to work everytime I wear a skirt or dress to the office, or when I go out (except when I go out in the summer...too hot)
