I need assistance on how to delete such addresses and prevent future occurences

If it's just the same name, it's quite likely that there are more than a few people with the same name as you in the world.

If they are using your identity (address, phone number, etc.), then contact the email service providers and tell them that you have not authorized those accounts to be made. They can trace where the accounts are originating from and bust the guys.

If your e-mail address is being used by spammers, there's nothing you can do to stop that. The "From:" address in an e-mail is simple to spoof, at least it is for spammers.

If you've noted that someone has registered "your" name as a domain on the internet you'll have to prove infringement to get the domain turned over to you. If it's just your surname, forget it; you won't get anywhere with that -- I already tried and failed.

unless the email adress is targeted upon you and the person impersonates ur being online... u can no where delete the id. Even if ths is the case, u will hav to fight and know wat to speak and where to speak... in short.. its very difficult
