I feel for you... morning sickness is the worst, especially when it doesn't just apply to the morning!
I kept crackers at my bedside and snacked on a few first thing before I even started moving around a lot. Sprite helps too! I found that my nausea was way worse when I would have an empty stomach. My doc suggested I eat small portions and snacks throughout the day, to ensure I always had something in my tummy. Oh, and drink plenty of water, dehydration can make you feel really bad when you are pregnant.
Good luck to you and your family. I hope your nausea goes away soon!

I had EXTREMELY bad nausea from 6 weeks to 14 weeks pregnant. It was the worst feeling ever!! I threw up so many times I lost count. I finally started feeling better last week. What I did to ease the nausea is crackers and getting out of bed really slowly. Ginger Ale also helped me a little. It's a rough road but it's worth it!!

I had super, super bad nausea with my first pregnancy. The doctor put me on a pill called Diclectin(not sure how to spell it but the pronounciation should be right) It is made specifically for morning sickness(who called it 'morning' sickness anyway) and it worked WONDERS! It was a bit pricey, but worth it. If you have a benefit plan, it should be covered...talk to your Doc! :)

Good luck! :)

I had to be put on Phenergan. It is an anti-nausea drug. It works quite well, however the down side is it knocks you out and you only want to sleep. I only used it for about 2 weeks until I felt better.

At the advice of my grandma, I tried peppermints & candy canes and it worked wonders for me. Anytime I started feeling queasy I would pop one in and it would relieve the feeling for a couple of hours. At this point, a couple of hours is great relief!! You could probably stock up on candy canes pretty cheap now too since Christmas is over. Good luck & hang in there!

Try to eat really small snacks not meals.
Couple of pieces of cheese , few crackers.

I found that 7UP, Ginger Ale or Sprite helpful.
Make smoothies of fruit an yogourt to help get calories.

Hope it improves soon.

I found just eating little amounts regularly really helps, I carried a packet of rich tea with me everywhere, eating before or as soon as i felt sick or hungry (being hungry make its worse)
Try not to move around to quickly.
