Soap and Glory's 'Sexy Mother Pucker' is great - you can get it from Boots. It comes in clear, or in some natural pinks and browns and is £7.50. It is brilliant - everyone i know who tries it raves about it. It makes them feel like they are vibrating, rather than just tingling and is a great lipgloss as well. It lasts ages and it looks gorgeous. Lip Venom is good, but twice the price and i don't think as effective, though it does give lips an attractive reddy-pinky tinge as the blood comes to the lip.
QVC online also sell a lipgloss range that is meant to plump your lips over a month - it is called Ferity Lip Volumising Tinted Glaxe trio. The colours are gorgeous and it is a wonderful gloss.
The thing i would say is be careful of the Too-faced Lip injection plumper as i had a dreadful reaction to it, as did my sister. The woman in boots said loads of people have done, so i would avoid it.

The benfit lip plump is really good. This lip primer fills in the lines and builds up the contour of your lips, make them appear fuller, smoother and plumper.

you then put your lipstick/gloss over the top.

I use it and everyone always comments how good it is.

go with Bath&Body Works' Wexler lip plumper. Makes ur lips tingle...and works great as a lip gloss (that'll stay put) over your favorite lip shade or alone :)

The 2 that I think work the best are: Sovage (sold at CO Bigelow or Sephora) and Lip FusionXL (sold at Sephora). They both gradually make your lips more plump and aren ot very painful.

something quick... lip liner and lip gloss. get lip liner that's a shade darker than your lip gloss, put it directly on your lip line, then put chapstick over it (i like carmax) then blend it in a little with your finger, but not too much that you don't have a line. just so that it's not the only thing you notice when you see look at your lips, and then put your lip gloss on. i do that because it's quick.
good luck

DuWop Lip Venom. I swear by it!
I think you can get it in Debenhams and John Lewis in the UK, although I know it's available everywhere in the US and also on mail order!
