I was messing around with this guy. we broke up and he started seeing another girl, but he still screws around with me. she found out about it. now when i call him she cusses me out. she also calls my home and hangs up. i can't prove it because she calls from work and never talks. she just hangs up. could i still get her for harassment? for cussing me out when i call him? i'm 16 and she's 18. my mom is really upset and wants to press charges.

How do you expect the girl to react, youre sleeping with her boyfriend, you knew he was in a relationship and yet you slept with him anyway, you have no respect for for the girl or the fact that she is the one he is in the relationship with and not you, you are just someone he is messing around with on the side, find a boyfriend of your own and then you will not be having these problems...

You can't press charges for that, you called him you had a choice to recieve a chewing out or not. Why would you press charges when clearly you are the one causing trouble, leave him alone he's a cheater. Pressing charges would be stupid for something so petty.

You should have told him to chose between you.
At 16, you really should not let yourself get messed up with this kind of stuff. Anyway the guy is a jerk and be glad you broke up with him and stay far away from him.
In short, its your own doing that you are in this mess and you should learn your lesson.

Okay, let me get this straight. You fooled around with your ex-boyfriend while he was dating another girl, she's mad at you, verbalizes it, and YOU want to press charges? I think you are getting what you deserve.
Stop fooling around with your ex, ignore his new girlfriend, she will eventually stop.
