Sexual Harrasment Help dont want to get in trouble can anybody assist with any little information?

Ive been seeing this girl from work on and off.My fellow co-workers do not know untill now.She told her best friend and her best friend told the manager.I heard rumors that she wants to file sexual harrasement on me. She is doing this because i am avoiding her cuz she bored me. I guess this is what i get for messing with people from work.Is there something i can do to scare her like defamacion of character or something. LIke save text messages or voicemails please help

You usually only sexually harass a person you are a supervisor of. She can't very well say you told her she'd better sleep with you or you would fire her, right? What she may claim is hostile work environment and even then, I suspect the most that will happen is they make you take a course on sensitivity training (even though they know and you know you don't need it). Then, avoid her--date someone new (who you don't work with) and let the jealous girl stew in her own juices......she's gonna be worse off than in the end (personally AND at work) if she complains. No guy will want to even speak to her for fear of reprisal.

One thing I have noted is Don't S**t where you eat. Never date a person from work, it is a bad idea, why? Because of the situation you are in can arise instantly and you can't do anything about and it adds an extra burden to your life. I'd say you made a big mistake, learn from it and never do it again.
