It's normal. This is why you can NOT tell if ababy has a temp by feeling their forehead!

Take baby's temp rectally, it is the most accurate. If it is normal, baby is fine.

I am sure it is normally, bring it up with next doctor appointments. Babies and young toddlers have higher body temps than normal. My pediatrician says that pay more attention to how the baby is acting rather than the fever. A baby with 100 temp that is acting normal they are not too concerned about it is a baby with a high temp that is cranky lethargic or won't eat drink etc. that they get more concerned with, but if you are worried talk to your pediatrician, if anything it will put your mind at ease.

Is this something that was before or just came up? Check to see if the scalp is a bit sweaty, the baby might be too warm. With the winter season it is easy to overdress a baby. Try taking off a layer of clothing or lowering heat in the house. If he does not feel as warm you have found the cause. But if he seems his usual happy self don’t worry too much about it but continue to monitor his temperature.

If your baby doesn't have a temperature over normal range (taken under the armpit) and is acting normally and eating well then I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. Babies get rid of excess heat through their heads, so perhaps he's just a warm baby. If you tend to put little hats on him I would suggest leaving them off so he can get rid of his excess heat.

If his temperature really is ok and you've checked it with a thermometer, have you thought that maybe your hands are a little cold? Then a normal temp baby would feel warmer than normal.

Yeah dont worry, thats normal. If he is acting normal and he is active, and his bowel movement is ok than he is fine. Dont worry.
In case if you still have doubts, its always better to show him to a doc :)
