When Ross and Monica's parents decide to sell their house, Monica and Ross went out to collect their childhood possessions. While rummaging through boxes they found that Ross's boxes were in perfect shape, while Monica's were destroyed. Their father had used her boxes to protect his Porsche from the annual flood. He felt so bad, he decided to give Monica the Porsche. Poor Monica lost all of her childhood possessions, but she got a Porsche!

It was the episode, when Ross went to pick up some of his childhood possessions before the family home was sold, he noticed that the boxes containing Monica's possessions had been used to protect Jack's (Ross and Monica's Dad) Porsche from flooding, and were thus ruined. Feeling guilty, Jack gave Monica the Porsche as recompense.

it's coz her parents spent the money that supposed to be for her wedding on a new Gym in the house and a cruise so to make up for it her Dad gave her the Porsche

she got it from her father in an ealier episode. think it was something to do with her mum and dad cleared her room and stored the items in the garage. her stuff got damaged and she made her dad to feel guilty so he gave her ther porsche.
