I read a book once about it, by a man named Bruce Engleman. I believe it was called the torch or the flame or something like that. The copy I read was a advanced copy, so I'm not really sure if it went to print. Anyway, He believed that it was like five or six people. He had researched it for years, and he had it all diagramed out too. I couldn't find a link online or I would've attached it....Sorry!
