Just because you didn't get the job doesn't mean that your were a victim of discrimination. Someone else was probably more qualified - like, for instance, someone who could write better than you?
No offense intended, but you really do need to hone your writing skills and I presume your verbal skills could use a referesher course as well.
This victim mentality in this country is getting old! Buck up, increase your skills and get that good job. Don't be so quick to blame others for your misfortunes until you've had a long, intense look into a mirror. (I may be blunt, but I am sincere!)

descrimanted upon? you mean against. First of all you must prove that you are qualified for the position that you are seeking. Second you must prove that the person that was "out" or "unavailible" did this to only you and because you are different. IE Black, Female, Gay, or something like that. Then you must prove that it was done with full knolwledge of your calling. This is very hard and time consuming. I would say you are better off looking elswhere. Sorry.

It would be hard to prove you've been discriminated against since you haven't applied for the position. I would suggest that if the company is in your area you go there personally and speak with a human resources person and find out why it's so difficult for you to get through to them. This is pretty tough to answer. If you are really worried about it, try to contact their corporate headquarters (if it's a large company) and see what their policies against discrimination are and report it to them. that is the textbook answer here is what I say, move on and apply somewhere else, all the discrimination polices are in place because the government requires them, but are pretty hard to fight and further it's hard to provide proof. Will they hire you once you complain against them? Is that the best place to start working in that kind of work environment? Hope this helps... Good luck job hunting.

Not discriminated aginst just not the type of person the company is clearly looking for and to avoid all the hassel of denying you they are going to fill the position and tell you that the position has been filled. Just apply somewhere else.

Well I am not sure that means you were descriminated upon, you may have just not been what they wanted for the position and were not professional enough to just tell you so they avoided you. If you really do feel you were a victim of descrimination you would contact EEOC and file a complaint http://www.eeoc.gov/

.Report to Better Business Bureau. Or forget about it and find another job. Maybe, there is someone watching over you and that isn't the job he had wanted you to get, perhaps a better position is what he had in mind.

perhaps your inability to communicate properly is the reason you are not being called for the job instead of your discrimination charges.
the employer may be trying to be nice, instead of insulting you to your face that you just are not qualified for the position.
