It sounds like there is some sort of spherical aberration in the prescription, it could also be something like prisms( the optician made the wrong prescription). Take your glasses back to the place that you bought them from and have the technician check them for the correct prescription. Tell them that you want a refund and you will never shop there again, if they don't make it right.

If you have the same problem without your glasses then something is causing your cornea to swell slightly. It could be something as simple as an allergy or something serious. You need to see your eye doctor ASAP!

Its common to have slight bluriness in the nights and perfect vision in the morning. Its not because of day and night but because of lack of optimum light in the nights. Have you had a laser done to your eyes? One way to soothe this is make sure your eyes are not dry during the night. You can put some eye gel. That will make a difference. Secondly do you sit in front of the computer too much. If you do, Wash you eyes several times a day and you should do just fine.

clean your glasses first. if that doesn't resolve the problem, consider seeing an ophthalmologist for a diagnosis.
