They have a child and a house together and bin married for 6 years he does jobs on the side for cash but doest make alot of money.

Slow paperwork is not a reason for divorce.

You knew when you got married he was an illegal, so it's takeing a long time, my question is do you love him? Is he worth it? Only you know that answer. Just remember your child is his too and you have to go through a lot with just that alone. One thing I will say is he is at least trying to work most people don't even try. A marriage is for better and worse, right now your in the worst part, it will get better. Just think about it.

not earning a lot of money and slow paperwork is not a reason to divorce from a partner!!
The child needs his father and anyway, it´s not your business.
It´s her choice and not yours.

If she only married him to get him his citizenship so he wouldn't have to go through the system like normal people, she deserves to be stuck with him.......I say, "you made you bed, now lay in it lady"!
