I am looking for a free but reliable program that can test the memory, CPU, Graphic card, etc on my PC.

Any ideas?

Try pc pitstop and do a full test

I assume you are referring to your main hard drive disk. Go to your computer button and click on properties. There, you can have checkdisk run a system check after a reboot and also check for bad sectors.

for stress testing and hardware diagnostics i use pc doctor 5. it came w\ my 2006 compaq. it cost money if its not on your pc tho.

If you are running XP you have it already just go into control panel and its called "check it".
