Well, I'm not 71/2 weeks pregnant, but I am 14 weeks along. Man, at 7 1/2 weeks I was ridiculously nauseous and crazy tired all the time! I had my first doctor visit at around 8 weeks. It was just an informative visit. He also took some blood to check my Rh and HcG levels and he did a pelvic exam. Good luck and congrats!

I'm not at the moment but I have been twice before and my husband and I are going to try for another soon. Hope its a girl we already have two boys. Seven and a half weeks is that exciting point because you know your pregnant and others still cant tell. So when you break the news to each person you run into you get that response that puts a smile on your face. All the attention is directed towards you. And then there's the part of morning sickness. I hope you dont have it to bad. I was blessed and was sick feeling but never actually got sick. I did keep a pack of saltine crackers by my bed though it seemed to help with the sick feeling before I got out of bed. I have other friends who swear by it.Best of luck.

I too have hypothyroidism and am 8 weeks pregnant. I got blood work done and it showed that my TSH levels were extremely high. They upped my dosage immediately, and we just have to wait to see if it kicks in. We did an ultrasound and everything looked good.... strong heartbeat! Thyroid issues can cause issues during pregnancy, but it is normal that your Dr. would track this through blood work. Hypothyroidism doesn't cause miscarriage as often as hyperthyroidism, so I wouldn't be too concerned. As long as you get your levels under control (if they aren't already) your baby should be fine. Your baby's thyroid starts to kick in around the 10th week and things should be better by then. Just try to relax and ask your Dr. lots of questions. They don't always do a great job at explaining things, so you often have to act like a toddler and ask "why?" a lot. But I'm sure you'll be ok. Good luck.

I am 8 weeks and feel better than I did with my other 2. I only get sick if I dont eat, but I do feel tired alot. It takes everything I have to do laundry, its awful. I cant wait to get past the 1st 3 months. I dont go to the doctor till the 25th, which I dont like cause I will be 11 weeks then. I am scared that something will go wrong, thats whats bothers me the most. All I can do is pray and hope for the best. Congrats and I hope everything goes good for you.
