Legoland in Germany is a really nice one. When we went there was a lot of couples there dating, married, young, old, young at heart, with kids and a lot of couples without kids enjoying themselves. I liked Euro Disney in France and don't see anything wrong with it.

port aventura in salou, spain is fantastic.
you need to get there when they open to have enough time to get around the park.
