Here are my suggestions:
University of Idaho, Moscow
University of Nevada, Reno
University of Montana, Billings
These are reputable schools and they dont cost an arm and leg. They are easier to get in and they are in great college towns. You are near snow, skiing, and colder weather in winter. Check them out.

You dont say if you want a private or a State College or what major, any of the University of WI, MI, MN Campuses are good and a B average should get you into most of them. There are nice private colleges as well, look at Marian, Stritch, St. Norbert, Carrol College, WI Lutheran, etc.

Go to UW-Madison. I hear it's a good place to get into and if you want you can start at UW-Richland (you'll get in there with your scores for sure) and have the guaranteed transfer to Madison. Madison is on the list for Top University's and the city is on lists for beautiful cities. I think they said it was one of the most romantic. I wish I could go there but I'm moving southeast to Kentucky. Have fun for me. :o)

If you want a small school with a great arts rep and fun campus, check out SUNY Potsdam in NY. Looks small and out of the way, but really a lot of fun and great programs. http://www.potsdam.edu/
