The style for girls is to wear thin shirts. Show it all off. Any store you go to, you pay thirty bucks for half a shirt.
I don't know if it's fair to really say their products are cheep, just because they weren't made in America. Other stores sell pretty much the same clothes.
I like Abercombie shirts for guys, they are soft and thicker. But wouldn't spend that much money for a shirt.
You are paying for a brand name. Doesn't always mean that it's a better product. What do you expect with you pay 80 bucks for a pair of jeans with holes in them? But at the same time, i have friends that can't find jeans that fit, and they only buy American Eagle brand jeans.

yes they are poorly made otherwise how can they earn money and afford the cost? Besides anything wrong with made in china?? that's so funny. I never buy AE cuz there's no style in it. and it even not worth to be made in china. Aber is made in america mariana, I just have one or two of it, same reason. like the same shirt just with a brand A&F so that called design n cost you 40 bucks more than the no brand's one. that's so stupid. I hardly find sth I like in these store. I don't think AE is really famous btw, it's just a north american brand that's it. I still like to walk into a small store that have some cloth which is well made with no brand. you can find the real style in it lol~

Mass produced on the cheap. Used to be jeans would last me about 2 years now maybe one if i'm lucky. However if the clothes were made here they'd cost more because US workers want more money and the companies won't sell as many because people won't have a need to buy as many.

well i'd haf to say tht yes they are all poorly made. They might SAY tht they are all hand made.....but i dont believe tht. Yes i do shop at Abercrombie and Hollister. And it is true that these stores dont really show any individuality when you shop there, because everyone pretty much has the same shirts and stuff. Personally i like to shop at urban outfitters and places like that! All the stuff in tht store has a vintage touch to make it all seem special.
Hope i Helped!

they're made in sweatshop factories in China, who's workers get paid 10 cents a day, and then the clothes get sold for sooooo much more, under well known names. so really, you're only buying a name, which is the whole point behind "designer" clothes. so that everybody can se you paid 200 dollars for a scarf or somehting.

I don't think that any of those expensive brands are even worth it because they show no individuality. Sure, you look great and instyle, but you look no different from every other person out there... It's possible to be in fashion and not wear Abercrombie.

Hey, thanks for answering my Hooters questions. I am not getting a job at Hooters, the outfit is for home use only. And yes, I DO want to show off TO MY HUSBAND! I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I am not going out in public dressed like a slut.
