Dont just tell yourself that you pretty.Know that you are BEAUTIFUL,and SMART,and that you are your own person!Know that your parents love you and that they send you there so you can one day make somone of yourself!Be proud of who you are inside and out, because when you add all those things together your not being a snob your being confident!

You should also know that while you may keep some of your friends from High School, when you are finished and go to college, most of those people aren't going to be around anymore. What you need to focus on is your school work and succeeding in whatever you are passionate about. I am sure you are a beautiful girl, but that is not what life is all about. Be yourself and don't try to live up to the expectations of your peers. If you do well in school, you will do well in life. Do your best to make friends with people who won't judge you based on what you wear/where you get your hair done/who your other friends are.
True friends will not judge you or try to change you. While these people may not be the most popular in the school, they are going to treat you with respect and not abandon you. You should try to do the same with everyone you meet. This will keep you from becoming a snob.

If you stick to telling yourself that in your mirror, you're not a snob. Its actually a proven way of building your confidence. Keep it up! Try to stay confident in yourself, but still be you. If you walk around with confidence you will be respected more.
But please, don't walk around talking about yourself all the time (you're not right now...). Thats not being confident, its being stuck-up. Just try to fit in. I don't go to private school, but the area I live is extremely well off, I live in the "not so rich" area. I tend to have the same problems.
As long as you are who you are, you'll find your place in your school.

Be yourself. Dont try to be a snob so you will fit in. To prevent from being a snob just be yourself and accept others. Don't be rude to people that are just as well off as you are. Don't try to make ur self seem rich to boost your confidnece. Do it in other ways.

You are trying to overcome what you think are inadequacies by building yourself up. You would be better off to boost your confidence by becoming active at your school or church or some other place that will teach you leadership and interaction. It's OK to think you are pretty. Just remember that actions always are louder than looks. I know it's hard when you are shy.

you cant become the snob if you still think youre less than everyone....if you keep that thought in check, you wont become the snob....on the other hand, if you think of yourself superior, it will push you to become better than all of them, but the side affect is snobbyness

Don't always talk about yourself. Ask people about their interests, hobbies and stuff like that. I can't stand it when people always talk about themselves. It gets old pretty fast.
