You question really isn't clear and complete, I cant read your mind you know. If you want to volunteer in your community for something, but wish to take your pet along, it is best to ask the people in charge what their rules are. ^_^

Sorry. PALS has to be careful when it comes to exotics. Some species such as reptiles and amphibians can carry salmonella bacteria on their skin so we do not consider either of these species. All exotics are individually assessed.
