Unfortunately, yes. I personally think the conflict in Iraq is a lose-lose situation, anyway. However, he is a terrorist and should be executed.

Yes. Even the people who did not support Saddam are upset that his execution handling has made him a martyr. The circulation of the video is surely not helping.

Nope
Most of the Iraqis are glad his gone.
Those in the minority who hide behind saddam are afraid.
Aslo it now shows the rest of Iraq that this government means business. They took out the big guy saddam. It was a very clear message.

I doubt if it will make a scrap of difference. Terrorists had given up on Saddam long ago - there was no terror campaign demanding his release! The current crop of terrorists have their own agenda, and it owes nothing to an old tyrant from the past whose sins were visited on him. The violence will go on - and work itself out - anyway, and his absence will affect nothing

Just listen to the liberals. Saddam had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with terrorism.
His death should have no more effect on terrorism than me stubbing my toe would have on land prices in Japan.

Plenty to be angry about so far saddam's execution won't make a difference.

Yes. The backlash has already started. Plus it now looks like the execution was not carried out with proper legal authority.

NO! Because Saddam was executed, there is no doubt in any terrorists mind. He is not going to return in a glorious escape and lead them. He is gone, so they have less incentive to keep going.

Maybe terrorism no, but it will cause much more disturbances on a country who, if not yet, is heading for civil war.
