Congress can't put people in jail. Foley would need to be charged formally of a crime, which has not happened.
When will the democratic Congressman William Jeffefferson, who took a $90,000 bribe (in marked bills) then hid the money in his freezer get thrown out of office and go to jail? Where is the media cry for that? Oh, that's right - the liberal media overlooks the crimes of democrats and only focuses on the republicans.

Before he can go to jail he has to be charged with a crime and convicted.
So far there has been no trial because there are no charges because there was no crime.
Oops, Liberals think that being a Conserative is a crime. So far thats the only crime Foley seems to have committed. (With the possible exception of being too much like Barney Frank.)

That's ex-congressman Foley.The Reps actually get rid of their embarrassments and crooks when they're caught.Look up Jefferson in Louisiana and Frank in Massachusetts and Kennedy for that matter.I'm no Republican,but give the devils their due on this one.

For what, exactly? Sending racy messages to an 18 year old? That's not a crime.
So, are we going to hear you calling for William Jefferson to be arrested and brought to trial? Didn't think so.

However, if it were up to me, he would spend a lot of man-boy hours in the roughest prison in the United States: THE FARM @ Angola, Louisiana!

He won't be going to jail. The law in Washington D.C. is,,14 is the age of consent. Maybe they need to change the law in D.C.
