I went to Aurora Hinkley High School and our mascot was the Thunderbird. Our mascot was named after the Air Force Precision Flying team of the same name. While I went, our Baseball team and Choir were state champions, the football team really sucked, though.

Our school was painted in white colour situated in a village by the side of River in an Island. It was famous for its peaceful atmosphere. Our mascot was a white pigeon

My highschool was unique because whenever all the other schools in the area got a snow day, we were always still open. Suck.
We were the Chippewas, which is interesting because when I went to college I was a Chippewa, too. Now I am in grad school, and I am a Seminole. I can't escape the native american names! Help! :-P

Hamilton Wenham Generals, with a connection to General Paton I believe.. was never really interested in high school, just glad to be out of there.

Our High School mascot was awful...we were from DeKalb, IL, which is where barb wire was invented, so we were the "DeKalb Barbs".
If you think we had it bad, two of our rival schools were the "Rochelle Hubs" (like the hub of a wheel) and the "Freeport Pretzels"!!!

Regular elementary, Jr. high and high school. we were the terriers and the school was consolidated with another high school. so it doesn't exist anymore colors were royal blue and gold -- blue and gold -- the ones are bold
