I prefer to cook from scratch but practically I usually don't have enough time for all of that, so I go with pre packaged.

I cook from scratch, but instead of cooking for one, I cook for four. This way I can freeze a couple of portions of everything I make. After doing this for 3 days, I have enough of a variety for the whole week, plus enough frozen for the next week. So I can take every other week off from cooking, except for breakfasts.

I don't cook. Period.
I open a box, put it in the micro and wa-la! Dinner.
Now my husband is amazing in the kitchen - he's a pastry chef with 15 years experience and he can cook the most wonderful meals. I prefer him to cook.

From scratch, if it's not too time consuming, pre packaged is fine too~~~
