Yes. "I don't really mind" is usually said by people who do mind, at least a bit, but feel like they can't say that.

There is bcoz "I don't mind" refers that a person does not mind at all but " i dont really mind" refers to where a person kind of minds .

When I say "Don't really mind" I really DO mind, but when I say Don't mind- I'm really not arsed!! So yeah the "really" emphasised that you are arsed.....good question!!
