My parents (and now I) listened to those bands as well as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, the Kinks, Deep Purple, the Rolling Stones, and many other "classic rock" artists. They instilled a great love for music in me at a young age. I wish I had Dad's record collection from the 60's and 70's. He still has most of it and maybe one day I'll get them. I've got most of it on CDs now anyways, it'd just be nice to have the actual vinyl.
