Yes you can break you hand from punching and your leg on a curb especially if you have weak bones. Normally it would be your ankle you would break unless the curb was pretty high. If tripped over the curb then you might break your leg as you fell.

It could be possible if u have weak bones.
Get some calcium and vitamin D or get out in the sunshine to build strong bones.
