I bet they do. I bought some tank-tops like they from the store and they were kinda small. If you are wanting to show your top part off, then i would go a size small. But why don't you ask someone that works at Hooters?

The tank tops that the Hooters girls wear do run small. If you normally wear a size Medium, a small is going to be tight on you. Stick with a Medium, unless you want your top to be tight. Sizes do run smaller there. Of course everybody likes to get small or extra-small though, because the tighter the top is on your chest area the more noticeable your "girls" are. Also, the more tips you get because men are visual people.

I don't think they run small, its just some of the girls wear a smaller size to enhance the obivious.

Get extra small, though it doesn't really matter much since Hooters makes their girls wear what are essentially heavy-duty, armoured undergarments, including those horrific "stockings."
