i want to clean my computer of past history and files, totally delete them of of it, how do i do it and is there some free programs

Step1. Open Internet Explorer /tools / internet option / Delete Temporary Files.
Step2. Download the DiskStat This program will open your eyes.
You will see that your disk is full of S@#t. Delete them.
Step3. Open the explorer right click on drive , Properties , disk cleaner.
Step4. delete the contentes of windows\temp.
C:\Documents and Settings\YourNAMEUSER\Local Settings\Temp

You can go to Internet Options on the Tools menu of your web browser. You can then delete the "Browsing History". You can also clean up everything else by going to the Content section and
"clear the SSL slate". You can take it a step further by going to the "Content" tab, click under "Auto Complete", then "Settings", then "Delete Auto Complete Settings". This will totally clean up everything. Hope this helps!

Also, disable autocomplete in internet explorer. Open internet options and go to content. Change your settings there to turn autocomplete off and make it forget everything.

when u open explorer..on top left these one option called setting click that in that go to Internet-option in that click on clear history
your explorer history will be cleared
