what does it say about yourself if you write (not type) in capital letters. i was discussing this with a freind who also writes in capitals and we both said it must mean something - i have tried to look on internet but cant find any info.

People who use CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) often write in all caps b/c it's the way they need to write on their printout (so it can be easily read) and then, out of habit, it transfers into their daily lives.

Other than that, I am not sure but it's an interesting question.

The first letter is a capital because that is grammatically correct. The first word of a paragraph is in capital letters as this catches the readers attention

Hi.

I too have this problem. (When I am writing not typing!)

Is it that you choose to write in capitals, or that you HAVE TO write in capitals? With me it is the latter.

I think it is a variation on a disorder known as 'Dysgraphia', which basically is an inability to encode written language as it should be encoded in the written word. - There are many variants of this disorder, but I think we might be constituting a new sub-variant here.

By any chance are you left-handed?

Interesting isn't it?

I don't necessarily think it has to mean anything. It could just be the easiest way to write for some people. Any chance you're left-handed?

I suppose it could mean you like the simplicity of not mixing letters or not having to bother forming the lower case letters.

I write in upper case if my mood dictates it. I just think its about simplicity and ease.

never thought about that before...I happen to write much neater in lowercase letters and try to avoid capital letters as much as possible. So I do the opposite.

Maybe it just means they're angry! I'm not really sure.

It means that your scared that no one will listen or notice you, so you try and force them too.
