Go security settings under internet option and lower the securitu setting and the down load your software.after completion of down loading you have restore the settings. You need to adjust your Admin privledges or get Admin settings. Find out what permissions you have by going to the Control panel Admin tools - Computer Management - Users and groups.

Well since its your computer you just need to right click on explorer and go to properties and change your security settings..reboot and then download the program you want.
