=completely off topic
=rude or unnecessary
=or when the question asks for the opinion of ppl who like a certain thing, BUT someone who doesn't like it answers anyway!
IF IT DOESN'T PERTAIN TO YOU, WHY ANSWER???!!!

i usually dont bother to "rate" answers, however i 'll give someone
a "thumbs down" if the answer is just so friggen stupid or makes no sense or is blatently gross or mean.
