For low-end printers you'll have to do it manually: print the front page; flip and print the back.
for new printers, some low- to mid-end printers allow you to do this automatically, while high-end printers allow you to do back-to-back printing and more (i.e. edge printing, duplex printing -- like a magazine, etc.)

Like the other guy said, on most printers you print one side and then the other, you should be able to set your printer to print all the even numbered pages , then you put the pages back in and print the odd numbers, Or you by a new printer that can do it automatically, I have a Canon IP3000 ( latest model is IP3300 ) and this printer can do it for you, it has some very good software. I suppose there are others that can do it as well. Check it out on www.canon.com

If you do not have a duplexer you will need to print one page, reload it then print on the back.

Simply print all odd-numbered pages, then re-sort them, turn them over and print the even pages.
