Im a sophmore in highschool and need help picking a persuasive speech idea that has to be 2-3 mins long and we cant use any notes! So it has to be really easy to talk about! help!!!!!

That's easy - talk about something that you care about. The object is to persuade people to believe the same way you do.
Why skateboarding is better than snowboarding
Why soccer is better than football
Why we should recycle even though we don't get paid for it
Stuff like that

I love you ...hehe! I know it's not easy to think about a topic so think about what you are good at and encourage(persuade) your audience to do that particular event or whatever it is...what? i am sitting right next to you hehe...
