...are we talking a small backpack, a midsized suitcase...or do you need several porters to carry trunks for you?

I'll admit I have a bit. It's manageable, but I do check it instead of carrying it with me. That way... I'm free to move about without the constant reminder that I have to lug it around with me everywhere I go. In fact.... if I'm lucky enough to find alternatives, I can even choose to leave it running on the conveyor belt going around and around the carousel. If I don't claim the baggage. I never have to deal with it again.

Yet, so far.... I always seem to accept responsibility for what is mine. I continue to claim it and carry it to the next port of call. But in the back of my mind..... I know that soon there will come a time when I'll never have to carry anything but the shirt already on my back.

Nice question. I just realized I've been adding to my emotional baggage lately. Up from one midsized suitcase to several. Next time I go for a walk I'll discard an item every few steps - kinda like Hanzel and Gretel, but with no intention to go back and pick them up.

Alot more than I'd care to admit. Although some of that baggage has been left sitting around on purpose just to remind me not to get involved with the same kind of problems I've had in the past. Unfortunately there is noone that can carry all the baggage for me so I try and pack carefully and only the essentials.

If I dwell on issues, I could fill truck loads of trunks. You have to let them go and put faith in the Lord. He will never give you more then you can bear. Are you familiar with the foot steps in the sand? It is true.

It's not the size of the baggage that's important, but what it contains.
Sometimes the smallest bag can be a killer.

When the bag gets unbearable, I simply take an aspirin.... :)

Small backpack. However, this is both a blessing and a curse. Inexperience yields peace and loneliness at the same time.

I would have to say, a very large suit case with wheels, then some small boxes laying around places here and there, so when I go to that place it's there. So I suppose I have very much so?

More than I should...but I've gotten it down from a giant duffel bag with wheels on it that they label 'heavy' at the airport to a little old flowered suitcase. You know the ones....yeah, I'd say I'm doing alright :)
